Luca's Challenge

"Alexa! Are you serious? We could crash right now!" Luca yells.

"Just listen to what I say! I need to save my best friends life and I will do anything it takes."

Without waiting for his reply I glancing to the back of the car getting ready to jump in the back from the drivers seat, lifting my leg placing my foot on the middle console I leap into the back and feel the car immediately slow down and then swerve, I hear a big thud in the boot, then I hear a string of curse words come from Luca's mouth. I feel the car scrape against another car until I see Luca place his feet down correctly and continue the speed.

In the backseat now, I climb into the boot to be welcomed to a pool of blood. Stripping my hoodie and shirt off I place pressure to the wound on his head with my shirt and start to perform CPR. Well at least the best of it I can remember from school.

Just keep pumping.

Lifting my hands off him I see blood. I see blood everywhere, on my hands, on my arms, on my legs. His blood is all over me, coating me with a thick layer or crimson red. I'm terrified and scared, this is too much to handle.
