Vincent, a typical cop, arresting young and old men here and there. Up until an unfortunate situation had come, his boss assigns him to arrest illegal street racers and specifically assigns a target that has got Vincent's attention.
Candy, that kid who grew up on tough terms, no mother figure and had a drunk for a father. Races for fun and for adrenaline. To her, all that matters is the money, her small group of friends and her car. All these made her forget of the scars she had and the past she went through.
