The legend of Skully

There's something wrong with the small town of Mantlebrew, is it the teenage thugs running wild like animals harrassing the townsfolk? Maybe it's the old sewage tunnels that still seep thick rotten sludge into the lakes and rivers? Or could it possibly be the old legend of Skully, an axe wielding serial killer who supposedly terrorised the town in the late 80's. Elliot and his father are about to find out after they move from London following a divorce between Elliots' mother, will they settle in just fine in this small little town? Or will the history be unearthed and cause chaos amongst the citizens.
