In the ashes of the Third War, the great Kingdom Lordaeron, once the seat of human civilization now lies in smoldering ruin. The Knights of the Silver Hand are scattered and broken. Where there was once life, now festers a virulent plague of undeath that consumes the living in its wake. Those few that survive fight to drive away the evil that walks their lands. Others are consumed by their fear and hatred of the undead. But in the hopelessness and disparity of the Plaguelands, ONLY the Light can restore that which was lost.
