In August 1947, the British left the Indian subcontinent and the country was divided into 2 parts : Pakistan and India. The story of this partition is incredible and unbelievable but it happened, just like many other unbelievable things that happen in this world.

1947 is the year when the map of the world changed forever. 

And 1947 is the year when I fell in love... with a dream, a purpose, a country and of course... with the man who introduced all of this to me. 

In 1947, the greatest migration over one border took place as Muslims left India for Pakistan and Hindus and Sikhs crossed the border to reach India. 

And no such change happens without a fight.

And oh, what a fight it was.
