Her mother gave births few years later to Alexa. But died during the process of a broken heart. Gandalf kept her for a few years until she was old enough to be adopted. Lord Elrond, Lord of Rivindell accepted to adopted her. Alexa lived her life normaly until Frodo Baggins came to Rivindell with the One Ring... Will she find her courage, her purpose and maybe love?

This is a series of AU vignettes in which each member of the Fellowship hears the call of the Ring -- and answers it. My take on the big What-If. Varying degrees of angst, drama, action, and perhaps a little more angst. This series won First Place in the MEFA Awards quite a few years ago now. This idea brewed in my brain for a long time before I finally got it out of my head and onto 'paper.' It would never have happened without my beta reader, Thundera Tiger, and I can't thank her enough. Elanor in Elvish means Sun-Star. Elanor was born when the North Star shined brightly as the sun rose. Elanor is the youngest daughter of Lord Elrond and granddaughter of Lady Galadriel. Elanor has always wondered what it is like outside of the Woodland Realm. Elrond has watched both of his daughters grow he could see how much they remind him of their mother and himself. Arwen is more like their mother Celebrian. Graceful, gentle, full of hope, brave. Elanor is more like her father, Lord Elrond. Passionate, strong, kind, and faithful. When Elanor met Legolas in Mirkwood, they fell in love with each other, but with the enemy still at large and the ring of power lost, Middle Earth is still in danger. As years passed, Middle Earth's lands got darker by the decade until one day a group of dwarves and a hobbit came to Rivendale and started Elanor's journey to the lands of Middle Earth.
