DISCLAIMER: Some of the characters in this book are derived from real-life historical figures, specifically in the earlier dynasties of South Korea - the Goryeo era. In addition, this novel is also loosely inspired from a Korean drama (Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo) which showcases the first few years of the Goryeo dynasty. 

While I did my research and tailor-fit some of the historical events I've read in history books and various online sources, I claim no historical accuracy to this story I'm about to tell. Everything is a product of my imagination, and I own my original characters here.
