An immense, lipless mouth, studded with gigantic, crushing teeth was the last sight David had as a mortal. In one slashing moment, his sanity splintered. His humanity and everything he had been was wiped out by the terrifying vision of evil in front of him. Lurching to his feet was a reflex, the young keeper would never again make a conscious decision for himself. Sara had thought her life was perfect with Jonathan. She had never been in love before and the whirlwind romance had swept her away. She had no idea she was being hunted. A vicious attack that nearly kills her and wrenches Jonathan away forever, drives her towards the magical protection of South Park. There, she must face up to the loss of Jonathan and the knowledge of who she truly is. As her quiet life is shattered, she must go into battle for her life and her people, to keep a promise she does not even remember. An immortal warrior must protect the princess he has loved for centuries. As he struggles to keep her safe, even from himself, he must draw on every skill he has as a warrior. When every attempt to restore her to her immortal form fails, Blaise must make a terrifying decision. With the wizard, Garraran, injured, they must attempt to perform Sara's change from mortal to immortal themselves. Risking everything, even her life, to do it without him. Against every instinct he has, Blaise must guide her back to her homeland as a mortal. When all is almost lost, the only hope comes from a terrifying source, one that could aid them or destroy them by a single stroke. In an ancient time, every magical creature that lived in the world of men had been banished back to Arantor. Only six remained, the Envoys of the Vow. Three from the side of good and three from evil. Enchanted to live many lives as mortals. When they awoke they would no longer be pure good or evil, they could battle for the Thirteenth Seat at the Table of Kings and return balance to Arantor.

CAUTION CONTAINS MATURE CONTENT. "Say it, Allison," he said, his voice low as he trapped me against the rough wall. A shiver ran down my spine, his voice pulling at me, the power in it making me want to do anything he asked. I shook my head, afraid my voice might betray me. His teeth lightly grazed my neck causing a sigh to get past my lips. I could feel him smile against my skin. He knew he was going to get what he wanted one way or another. I tried to slip away, but he grabbed my wrists, pinning them down tightly. He pressed his hard body against me. I was aware of every inch of him that was touching me. "Don't think you can just leave. We're not done yet." My stomach tightened at his words, the desire inside burning for him. My damn body at war with my mind yet again. He slid his hand up to the edge of my shorts, slowly working it's way up as his mouth trailed small nips from my neck to my collar bone and lower, stopping only when he reached the fabric. I could feel my resolve weakening as his hand reached its destination. "Say it," he demanded. I moaned, my head tipping back as he moved expertly. I wanted to say it then, I really did. But if I said the words, there was no going back. ***************** Allison Cole has just turned seventeen. Most girls would be excited, but she doesn't see it as anything special.
