Little Utopia

When college student Ezekiel is tasked with creating a perfect replica of his planet Herat, he is positive he will pass when he creates "Earth" - a tiny sphere equipped to sustain life and the perfect beings that resemble the people of his own world.

However, things quickly go awry as the small beings begin to develop their own ideas and Earth becomes the land of warfare, discrimination, and self-destruction.

As with all gods, Ezekiel strives for perfection and will accept nothing less than a perfect score on his project. So he'll fix his world, even if he has to go down there and do it himself.
