Life's A Two Player Game {Boyf riends}

"We've completed the move to New Jersey." Martha gestured at the house around her, glowing in the summer sun.

"And I'm starting off anew. School, friends, the whole package," Martha continued. "But, I want to start off absolutely brand new."

Her parents had identical confused expressions. Martha took a deep breath, "I want to be a boy."

Martha's mother frowned, obviously confused as to how her daughter could become a boy. Her father had on an amused smile, waiting for his daughter to shout "April Fool's!"

Alas, it was early June, and Martha was dead serious.
