This project in particular went on to be one of the most successful. The project was started by Damon balna , he believed that  he could create a super genetic liquid . The children's he would inject it to were labeled as " marked" . He planned to teach the super human children his ways so he could use them to help him bring forth a new age , first having them kill to eliminate the opposers . He named this his milaki project after a friend of his who died due to what he believes was the tainted and corrupt world and he wanted to "cleanse " it .All Rights Reserved
