This book is currently on hold and unfinished. To tell the truth, I'm probably never going to pic it up again, so I do not recommend reading it as it goes

Watson once thought he was the Dark Lord of All, creator of nightmares, bringer of evil.
    He was wrong.
Now on the run, Watson's only hope resides with a mysterious book. A book that his relentless pursuers will do anything to gain.
Accompanied by a mysterious baker who uses a questionable meat in her pie and a woman who can wield a sword like no one else, Watson must navigate his ways through the treacherous city, in an attempt to survive.

"Ooh I'm into this! It's enticing, it's witty, and I'm here for all of it.
I'm glad you made sure to put down the Dark Lord cliche, rather than going with it."
     - @Oniriste

"Oh this is brilliant😂 can't wait to read the rest"
     - @dreamingsleeping

"Fantastic beginning!"
     - @8BadBunny8

"Great start! Really liked the combination of humor and sheer awkward of the situation, that I found myself chuckling at Watson's attempts to scare Mylan. Poor guy. He's trying so hard to fulfill his role, but can't get it right just yet...."
     - @imallears2012

"I like this chapter so much! The humor and awkwardness combined made me laugh the whole time I was reading it. I should read more. Great job on hooking me to your story."

The Fire In Me (Ryder) (COMPLETED) 1 ✔️ by DMHosmon21
86 parts Complete Mature
BOOK #1 in The Fire series TRIGGER WARNING IN SOME CHAPTERS He leans closer, keeping me pinned against the wall with his hands on either side of my head. I glanced at both of them before holding his glare with my own. He was giving me a cold stare, caging me in like an animal. I bit my lip, trying to hold it back. I was never good in situations like these. He stopped leaning forward when his face was just inches from mine. He was trying to make me uncomfortable. Trying to scare me, but he didn't. I wasn't scared of him. I didn't hide my face or get nervous... I just bit my lip harder, trying to hold it in. It would just make things worse for me, I bet. He kept his eyes on mine as I glanced at his friend behind him with his arms crossed and a bored expression on his face. I looked back at the man in front of me. "You shouldn't act that way around me." He says coldly. "I can have you dead right-" I couldn't hold it in. I started laughing. He leans back, shocked, but his face goes into a glare as soon as his friend behind him perks up, watching, interested now. I calm down a little. "I'm sorry." I say, catching my breath. "Continue, Continue." He watched me closely before leaning closer to me again. "I can have you killed-" Suddenly, I lost it again, laughing harder, bending a little to hold my stomach. He punched the wall in an effort to scare me but instead made me laugh even harder, falling to the ground and rolling on my side. Soon I had his friend laughing with me as the man in front of me glared at both of us. "Don't give me that look. She's the one who started laughing." His friend said, wheezing a little bit and trying to stop laughing. I calmed down a bit, standing up to face them, a smile on my face. "Now, if you're done threatening me," I raise an eyebrow. "Or at least trying to. I'll be on my way." With that, I grabbed my backpack, turned my back to them, and walked away.
Bloodlust (Lesbian Story) by DunkelEngel
69 parts Complete Mature
Book 1 of "Bloodlust" series. "I'm going to give you one chance to answer me. Where is she?" She asked, looking into my eyes. I looked back at her, terrified. "I swear that I don't know what you're talking about!" I answered, starting to shiver. She smiled wickedly. "You know, the only reason I sent my brother away was because I wanted to interrogate you myself. Whatever he would have done to you doesn't even begin to compare with what I'm going to do to you if you don't answer me. So... One more time. Where. Is. She?" She said, in a condescending tone, as if she was explaining something to a child. "Look, if you want to kill me go ahead. I don't know anything." I said, looking into her eyes and faking the confidence that I definitely didn't have. She looked at me, cocking her head to the side, and for a few seconds I though she wouldn't to anything. My relief didn't last though as she laughed coldly and looked at me with a half smile. Her laughter was beautiful, even though it sent shivers down my spine. It was the same with her eyes and smile. All of which showed me that she wasn't kidding. "Where did you get the necklace?" She asked. I froze, was that what that was all about? I didn't know! "I told you before, my dad left it to me, I swear." I said truthfully. She looked at me for a few seconds, thinking. I couldn't shake the feeling that everything about her was cold. "Well, even if you don't know anything, she'll come for you. And I will have the answers I want." She said with indifference before adding huskily in my ear. "And... I think we can have some fun together while you stay. Don't you agree?" She said as she laughed again and gave me her signature smile. Everything about her showed me that she wanted to hurt me and even more. She wanted me, in every way possible. Rated M(Mature content): Contains triggering content, read at your own risk.

"I already killed your mother, Cam." As the words left my enemy's mouth like a mocking sneer, I growled under my breath at the mention of my old name. Memories started to boil up that I had been wanting to squash deep into my heart. Bad memories. "As you can guess, I'm here to finish the job." He continued with that ever-present sinister smirk on his face. And in that moment, a sudden burst of confidence just appeared within me. Or blatant stupidity. 'I'll take either one.' I silently admitted to myself. I rolled my eyes at his so-called 'threat', not really intimidated in the least. "Yeah, like that went so well the first time. The first time, you fucked up enough to get caught by the police." I pointed out. "The second time, your grown-ass men got their asses handed to them by two teenagers." I snorted at him. "Your odds aren't looking too good here, Berti." ~•~ Losing her father? Lovely. Getting in a car accident with her aunt, uncle, and cousin and being the sole survivor? Fantastic. Losing her mother because a deranged psychopath holds a grudge even better than The Grinch? Amazing. Being ostracized from her own family save from her paternal grandparents, and getting the blame for her mother's death? Cherry on top of the cake. Having to make sure three idiotic twats don't get themselves killed because they couldn't mind their own bloody business? Bloody hell, that's an entire ice cream cake with ten pounds of gummy bears. ~•~ Join Grace Stanton as she faces her demons and the demons of her past all while trying not to commit murder against her three new friends. (fem. reader) Hi, my name's Y/n, but that soon changed to Y/n Cookie, but you can still call me Y/n. Let me tell you about the moment that changed my life. LITERALLY! One day, I was coming home from work. I was very excited because the CRK 4th anniversary update just came out, and I wanted to download it as soon as possible. Unfortunately, it was raining and storming very hard that day, but I still had power and internet at home. When I got home to download the update, the power decided to go out right when the download was about to finish. I got so mad because I wanted to see what happened because Shadow Milk Cookie finally became playable, and I wanted to get him on my game, but I couldn't because I had no power. To try and fix my problem, I went outside to start my generator, not noticing my phone glowing an ominous blue. Just as I got the generator turned on. I was about to go inside until lightning struck, knocking down a tree, and landed on me. I thought I was dead, but boi, was I wrong. I somehow woke up in the Cookie Run Kingdom world and had taken Pure Vanilla Cookie's place as the light of truth. That's how I became Y/n Cookie. A while after that, I had some wholesome moments until Dark Enchantress Cookie attacked, and before I knew it, I was following the game's plot. There was one thing I didn't know yet, and it was that a certain deceitful beast had a keen interest in making me his. (A/n-The cover is what the reader looks like in this book)

I panicked as Alpha Jake walked in and approached me. I've really done it this time. I'm so going to lose something for this! I thought as I started listing what he could take from me. My breathing started to rapidly speed up as I ran to the other end of the Kitchen. When Alpha Jake saw the mess, I had made with the food; burning the cake, starters messily prepared and no main course ready for them, he clenched his hands. He looked at me with fury in his eyes and I whimpered. "It's serving time. Why is there no quality food?" Alpha Jake asked me in a dangerously low voice. I didn't say anything. My mind went blank and everything turned into a blur. My heart was racing, and my palms were sweaty as I considered the most dangerous move I'll ever make while in this pack. In a split second, I ran out of the Kitchen's second exit. I made my way through the house with people shouting at me. THIS BOOK IS COMPLETED but it will be HEAVILY EDITED and have things added to it in the future. I wrote this book when I was much younger. I didn't expect it to reach this amount of popularity so I will devote my time to bettering it in the future. ------------------ Every year, in our village and the neighbouring villages, we encounter, on what is suppose to be the most divine and celebrated day of the year, a visit from the 'big bad wolf'. At least that's what the children call him. Adults like to call him "inhuman" or a "wild ravenous monster". However, the majority settle for "beast". No one knows why he ruins this specific day for us, the day we can celebrate our species: werewolves. Some despise him for taking this day from us and forcefully exchanging our merry and joyful laughs to screams of fear. When that specific day of the year approaches us, none of us are ever prepared for it. He always comes at night. We are told to lock our windows, draw our curtains and our doors. We are told to hide. There's one main rule that we have: don't look at him. Because if you do, no one knows what'll happen to you. Maybe that's the worse part, not knowing your fate. Not knowing the outcome of your foolish actions. If he comes roaming your streets, you have a right to be scared. Us "maidens" are always encouraged to hide ourselves the most, it's women that he supposedly wants more. However, I believe that that is a cautionary excuse. He'll take you, no matter how old or how young, no matter how innocent or how corrupt, no matter your gender, all it takes is a look. Either he looks at you, or you look at him, or you both exchange looks. Either way, his senses will pick you up, and you can't hide. It'll be too late. The amazing cover is by @-blackrogue.
