They say that the reason they've sneaked out of their separate, strict 'schools', is because they are in love, but it this the truth. Or are they using love as an excuse to fight for the rights they have been deprived of. One night everything changes. Lauren's husband and herself are taken by Max and other Mutants into the Mutant world. A world Humans have fought endlessly to destroy. Both Max and Lauren don't know if they are on the side of the Humans or on the side of the Mutants in this war, but their decision and opinion seem to be irrelevant when they are forced to search for a an ancient weapon, tales say will decide the fate of both Humans and Mutants. Which side will they choose? Mutant. Human. Or their own?
