After Sailor Moon and the rest of the scouts defeat Sailor Galaxia the world was made safe again, however over time as no new evil encroached the scouts decided to disband and live out their lives.
Now, nearly 25 years hence a fresh new threat looms over the Earth, with the former scouts scattered across the world it is now a race against time to find and activate the new Sailor Scouts all over Earth and defeat this new evil before it strikes back.
