  Add to it his giving false name to enter the building, his having being observed lurking around the building, his changing the bank sms mobile number of his wife to his. 
  All showed planning and premeditation.
  Motive - infidelity of his wife with the dead man...
  Only one fact a small, tiny fact noticed by IT Sherlock was against it....
