---It wasn't like I was scared but I've tried to face the fact many times and failed. The fact about who I really was and what I was to become. My courage doesn't always roar. My courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, "I'll try again tomorrow".
There was something I could do though. And it didn't need courage, it needed determination. Determination is what makes me fearless in the pursuit of what sets my soul on fire. What I am determined to do is what I can and what I will. End of Story.
My hand slipped out of Tamani's grip. My legs turned forcing me to face the other way and my muscles pushing at the face of disaster.
My face turned white as I slowed down. My eyes widened and my mouth dropped.
"ARTHUR!" I screamed but no one would hear.
No one would notice my face of despair as I had come to a sudden realisation that this was all my fault. Trust is a killer. To make a mistake is to repeat a past mistake. This was a mistake of helping Arthur. Giving him a chance. Helping him like I would've liked to be helped. But it was all for nothing. I should have realized that nothing would change, that nothing would ever be the same from that day. ---
