At first it seems hypothetical but eventually it became bona fide. This sounds unbelievable but it happened to her right after her 18th birthday. A girl who possesses deviancy.

This proved that she ain't normal, deviant people like her cannot be normal unless someone would deadly fall in love with her without her falling in love in return or she'd be forced to marry her own kind without commitment attached. She has to do it in 18 months or else she will be alone, forever.

After she discovered outrageous things about her life she met someone along the way, someone who makes her happy and makes her feel that she can be a typical person like everyone else but at the same time someone who makes her feel vulnerable.
