2 girls get transported through a mirror into a new world. They end up in a world on the brink of war, full of layers where different creatures live. On the first layer is the surface of a giant ocean with pirates the only real land is a small island that's really just the peak of a large mountain. The second layer is just an ocean full of strange creatures and mermaids. The third layer is a paradise that looks much like earth aside from the giant creatures and ocean floating above it. Under all of that is a layer of fire and demon like creatures. Every one of these layers has a ruler that speaks on behalf of the creatures that live there, and every full moon they meet to discuss the problems that are facing them. They meet on the peak of the mountain in a cave that only has one thing a large mirror.
