My First Challenge And Tool - Accepting My Depression
After enduring the depths of depression, I can now say with conviction: "I am not a depressed person. I have depression-it's a disease, not a choice, and it does not define me." This shift in perspective has been transformative, enabling me to speak openly about my struggles and focus on recovery rather than feeling ashamed or attempting to conceal my pain. This book is a collection of stories that I can finally share now that I have emerged on the other side. Mt. Sensan-Ghi
A collection of poems and short stories interwoven in a larger narrative that served as a way for me to work through burnout. The tale of Estavir is a metaphorical dive into my burned out mind as he searches for deeper meaning and climbs Mt. Sensan-Ghi filled with trials to test his heart. This is my first published work of fiction. It was conceptualised during a burnout I experienced back in 2017. With support from family, friends and a professional with whom to talk, I tried working through the burnout over the period of a year. At each stage of my journey I created a story to help me process. It's bizarre, a bit dark slightly existential and close to my heart. Please enjoy.Complete
