Dreams. They are the beginning and end of everything. Everything that's anything started off as a dream. That's why the Government issued DreamMakers. To begin. Now, people can create the dreams they wish. There are no more nightmares to plague anyone's sleep. All they have to do is change it to something more desirable. It's as easy as pushing a button. 

Unless you're Rain that is. Rain can't dream, and there's nothing she can do about it. 

And now the Government wants to kill her for it.
