This book takes place after the rebellion is over in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay.

Katniss and Peeta have just been through two hunger games and one rebellion. They will never forget what happened but can they get over it? Peeta is having a hard time recovering from the tracker jacker venom, and Katniss blames herself for it. Will they get through it? Read the book to find out...!

The plot twist is basically that Katniss didn't kiss Peeta when they were in the Capitol during the Rebellion, and how it would effect Peeta's recovering, since that is obviously taking it a step back. --- Katniss is broken, tortured, and she has lost almost everyone she ever took a second to care about.
