This is an AU. It takes place a year or two before the events of the film.

Poppy immediately knew something was wrong with her, there was no doubt. But when she finds out what it is, she tries to hide it from her friends and family. Poppy knew they would accept it, in fact, they would be happy for her, but she didn't want Branch, her oldest friend but a reclusive hermit, to find out. But she knew he would have to know the truth eventually.

Something that will put them closer together. *Spoilers* I am planning to do a lot in the Pregnancy of Poppy. I don't know why but I love stories from my favorite characters that are getting pregnant and then we join the story of the Pregnancy. It will not be like the other stories. That on one day, she says they are getting a baby and on the next day, the baby is born. No. We will see and hear in and from the pregnancy until the end. A big journey for the two of them, entering the path to Parenthoo :)
