Mark works at a mental hospital as a personal guard that watches over whoever he/she is assigned to make sure they don't do anything that could possibly harm themselves or others in any way. One day, he gets informed that he has been upgraded to a .......... special case. He meets Sean, or as he likes to be called Jack, where he slowly begins to learn so many things about him and even himself. Sean, being the loon he is and not having any contact to the outside world for so long, develops this strange addiction to Mark loving the way he makes him feel.
