This is a fill-in-the-blanks fic. It starts with the moment I think Scully starts to think about motherhood again. I placed that happening after Milagro for reasons you will see in the text and ends before Nothing important happened today I. I rearranged the timeline of the episodes in a way I think it makes sense story wise based on the characters dialogue and behavior.
  In this text my order is; Milagro, Biogenesis-The Sixth Extinction-Amor Fati,(Per Manum flashbacks), The Unnatural, Three of a kind, Field Trip, Hungry, Millenium, Sein und Zeit, Closure, all things, Rush, Fight Club, Hollywood A.D. The rest of the episodes are the season's order. My reasoning is that in The Unnatural Mulder jokes with Scully about her problems, including her biological clock. Now Mulder can be daft but this is a cruel comment to make given that he knows Scully is barren, but if she asked him to be the sperm donor after Milagro and they are doing the preparations the joke makes sense: Both are hopeful the procedure will work. Then the trilogy has to have happened before the petition too, because IMO Mulder wouldn't dream of a family with Diana if he and Scully were already talking about that even if it didn't take in the end. Merudoxin. Hearing that word should have made everyone grimace at the thought. It should have filled their body with pure anger to see women everywhere rave about the new drug; to see its name plastered all over the news. They told us it would make labour painless. They told us it would revolutionize childbirth. The only thing left to do was to test it. On us. Women everywhere were lining up at their local hospitals just waiting to get a taste of the drug. Conceitedly, they signed their names. Everyone was hoping the medicine would work. It was to be a major science breakthrough! But no one ever promised that the babies wouldn't get hurt. No one seemed to care about the endangerment of their lives. That's where I came in. A voice for the voiceless. I would never let a life be wasted, even if my own life became at risk. **Sneak Preview** The doctor took the baby in his hands and took a look himself. I heard him take a sharp intake of breath. "Bloody hell!" he exclaimed. "What should we do with her?" the surgeon asked. "We're going to have to get rid of it" he announced simply. I whipped my head towards Arturo. I began getting up, trying to end this tyranny but Arturo held me back and that's when I remembered where we were, who I was carrying inside me. I cried quietly as I watched the woman scream and whimper as she realised the fate of her child. And the fate of herself. The surgeon wheeled her inside a door followed by the Doctor with the baby. "You can't do this to us! Give me my baby!" she sobbed helplessly until she said in a quiet voice, "Let me hold her once". The doors closed before I could see if they fulfilled her last wish. When Amy and Sonic broke into another one of their arguments Amy had wished that for once Sonic would understand how she truly felt. The same man who asked Amy to help his wife would then appear before her and grant that very wish, but it was not what she had expected at all. She had been turned into a chao. The man had somehow disappeared and Amy tried desperately to look for him, but she found Sonic instead. Sonic ends up taking her in, giving her all his love and attention, and giving her the name Mio. This was all that Amy could ever want, but this didn't feel right to her. She enjoyed her life as Mio but doesn't want to stay. Will she ever return to being Amy and continue to be alone, or is she destined to stay as Mio and have the love she always wanted?

After a period of menial information and sample-gathering Sonia persuades her boss (York) to give her an undercover assignment, which happens to be at SEICA (seeka), a medical research company 4 hours drive from the city where EIB and Sonia are based. A few days later Sonia becomes infected by the Vaederon whilst stealing a sample of it. She drives down to EIB HQ but on the way, at a cafe in the woods, the drug overwhelms her. She comes to, in the forest, the next morning, with no memory but with heightened perceptions. Meanwhile the head of EIB (York) has used knowledge gained from the analysis of the first sample that Sonia stole to blackmail (anonymously) Dr Metcalfe. Sonia finds her way to the city (from whence she came) by requisitioning the car of a man who tries to sexually assault her while she is hitching. With the help of a video artist (Matt), she starts to piece things together from her recent past. This is possible because the Vaederon is making her mind transmit images that are picked up by Matt's equipment. Thus she begins the journey to recover her eggs and wreak revenge on Dr Metcalfe. You can't please all of the people all of the time and a happy ending for York, Brian and Matt-the video artist isn't, necessarily the one that Sonia planned....but at least she ends up alive, content and..... pregnant.

Any person found to have been infected will be quarantined, the ones who die will be given a proper burial while the ones who survive are deemed carriers and are to be sent to the home planet to prevent further outbreak. I was prepared for the people I know and some I love being taken away for the greater good, but I never would have expected that among the list of people being taken from my community, that I would be one of them.. I survived the quarantine. Now for the survival of my planet I, and the other Carriers must be sent to the home planet. I'm going back to Earth.
