They fish the first body from the river just before Thanksgiving, like it swam in with the tide. It's all over the news, staining the conversation as visiting aunts and uncles debate in hushed voices at the dinner table. Everyone has a theory, although most of them sound the same, but it's all table-talk. They care about it in the same roundabout way that they care about local weather patterns, and community college basketball. Then they go back to work after the weekend, back to their own suburban homes in their own whitewashed cities and they forget all about the unidentified body pulled from the waters of Cutlass Keep.

That's when they find the second body, and within the week, a third.

But the case isn't serious until Mr. and Mrs. Kastell are fished out of the river. Mr. and Mrs. Kastell, the elitist of the elite, the faces of Cutlass Keep, are found floating belly-up like goldfish that someone forgot to feed--and suddenly, the city's worried.

It was a dark cold night-the night where the birds lay dead on the cold ground, listening in to the deceased whispers. This is the night where blood was once spilled. Jeremy hid behind a tree, holding on his thigh-his thigh was bleeding as he got stabbed. Jeremy looked at his wound, cursing under his breath. Jeremy looked around to see if anyone was nearby, there wasn't anyone nearby but he could hear the screaming of his pals. He could do nothing but to weep, he got out of his hiding spot and went deeper into the woods. He was wincing in pain as he dragged his injured leg. It was dark, too dark to the point even the moonlight couldn't provide light. Jeremy tripped over a tree root, he winced in pain, squeezing his injured thigh in pain. He soon heard a twig being snapped close to him. He pulled himself together, getting back on his feet. Dragging his leg once more. This time he raised the pace, panicking as he knew that he was being followed. He soon came across an abandoned truck that was in a small field. He smiled in relief, getting inside of the truck. He heard movement from his right, seeing a silhouette of a being that was coming closer to him. He panicked, climbing to the other seat to close the door. Once the door was closed, he locked the doors-backing away after. The door handle was being pulled aggressively but soon stopped. He took off his jacket and wrapped it around his thigh, he winced in pain as he made it tight. He looked around the truck, trying not to move too much. He eventually found a pen and a piece of paper. He started writing on it as a way to let anyone who came to the amusement park to leave immediately. first chapter of "The Drafted Reality and Dreams" has been rewritten! it's a bit shorter and has the same details just like the first chapter originally did. ⚠️ !This novel includes drugs, murder/murderers, cussing, suicide! ⚠️ [Draft] - No Proofreading or editing.

"- Have you figured it out? He asks me as he manages to place one of his hands on my face before he traces it down my neck, past my chest and down towards my hips where he grabs a solid hold of my thigh. - Yes, I have... I answer as I move my head slightly closer to his, my hands still around his neck. - What have you discovered? He asks as he moves closer to me in return, our eyes burying into each other. - That I want you, and that I need you. The tip of his nose barely touches mine, but the tension between us causes our skin to be ten times as sensitive as it normally is. - And...? He goes on. - I want you to claim me, Blake. This story is not getting the attention it deserves, so I am attempting to "re-brand" it. Maybe no one "gets" it. If you want to read about "Normal" teenagers, maybe this isn't for you, it's more complicated than that. It's about a teenager who doesn't fit it, but doesn't want to, who has the best two friends that anyone could have. Who watched his father lose his job in the Recession and then loses his home, and how he copes, especially when he learns that their new house is haunted and the ghost is in his room. Michael was an average kid, although he's always stood out. He was a school jock but also a skater whose long blond hair almost reaches his waist. When his parents lived in a house in a home owners association like all his other friends, life seemed normal. Then his father lost his job and suddenly those "friends" weren't there anymore--except for his two best friends, Short Round and Dewey. The three are skaters, good ones, who live for girls and their skateboards. They're also basically good kids who take pride in being different without paying attention to it. When Michael loses his home and his family has to move they have his back. And they are there for him when the ghost girl starts following him around. Mariah was murdered when she was just 15, her remains were never found, although no one but her and her ghost friend, Crazy Girl, know where their bodies are buried. The house Michael now lives in is the one where she lived with her family, and her old room is now his. She appears to him one night, trying to taunt him, but against her will she is falling in love with the boy who lives in her old room. Slowly the two begin to fall in love and Mariah tells him her story, and of the hidden danger that lies up the street from him. A dangerous strangers loves to kill little girls, and his sister Kit

The High Class of Europe. Or should I say the vampires? Everybody knows they exist, yet it is an unspoken rule to stay silent about them. You wouldn't want to risk one of them hearing you talk bad about them. The punishment for something as simple as that is unspeakable. The Vampires have built an empire from the dirt of London and have reigned for thousands of years. They continue to drag terror everywhere they step. Now in every high class, there's the low respected, middle of the pack, and the elites. Obviously, none are as interesting as the Elites of society. The cremé of the crop. Allow me to introduce you to Zara Delcour, Kaspian Auclair, Mackenzie Rousseau, and Nox Toussaint, the most powerful young adults of them all. And the great thing is? They're not going anywhere. But people are always looking for the next best thing or the next biggest deal. Alliances are formed. Threats are made. And it's all one big game of chess. + Due to harsh imagery, descriptive visuals, possible triggering moments, and certain mature themes in this novel, it is rated MATURE. There will be trigger warnings at the start of the chapters where mature scenes are held for those of you who would prefer to skip over them! (I cannot guarantee that you won't miss something crucial to the novel in those scenes.)
