Haven

This is the story of Magnus, a boy seeking to become a full fledged mage or warrior by joining the infamous school known as New Haven Academy created and supported by the Mages Association and the Order of Knights, a unique school where those gifted with the ability to wield "Mana" may choose between one of two paths, the path of the Warrior or the the path of the Mage. The school is well-known and praised for it's many successful students some now known throughout time as legends and myths such as the great wizard Merlin, or the famous demigod Hercules. There is only one problem however, to get into the school is difficult near impossible unless your able to truly prove your worth at the opening ceremony which is only offered once every century, the details of which remain shrouded in mystery, and to make matters worse it would seem someone else doesn't want Magnus or anyone else entering into New Haven at all. However the Opening Bell has been sounded, and though the death threats are rising and the danger is growing, is it possible this is the start of a much bigger conflict to come? Read on to find out.
