I feel like this advice can go for anybody in general no exclusion of gender. But It is sick how we have to find flaws in all of man kind rather than the beauties in the few. Be realistic the world isn't all sunshine and rainbows, but its not storm clouds and rock slides either. Life has seasons. The weather changes. Its unpredictable however much we claim we can predict it. It is up to you to take the umbrella and snow boots out when it's cold and vacant, while maybe just seeing the beauty and the lesson later.

You have a right to feel the way you do. You have a right to keep things private or to share and speak about these experiences to others. No matter what you choose, it is your decision to make. However, do not let your fear dismiss the truth. Do not believe the lies you constantly tell yourself to ignore the pain you are feeling. Do not let the sum of someone else's trauma silence you.
