For centuries, the elemental cat groups EarthClan, FireClan, and WaterClan have lived in harmony together. Small skirmishes were never a problem, nor were any outsiders to the Clans. Newly-apprenticed Houndpaw finds the abilities of his Clanmates odd, but is excited nonetheless for his own revealance and his making of a warrior. With his friends Bloodpaw and Ochrepaw, all seems well; until a mystery about his deceased blood parents is revealed and his whole world comes crashing down.
On the other side of the border, a villainous she-cat by the nickname "Dark" has been sent from the shadows of hell to steal every power from the Clan cats and keep them for herself. Young Houndpaw may be inexperienced, but he knows he must do something about Dark; especially when she's involved in a cult, sacrifices, and killings. Will Houndpaw, Bloodpaw, and Ochrepaw be able to save the elemental Clans? Or will their peaceful world dissolve under the claws of Dark?

The Flood Of Power Book 2: The Dark Land
Threepaw helps Dawn's Pack as much as she can, but with her warrior assessment coming up and a pack of dogs encroaching on ThunderClan territory, she can only do so much. Winterpaw is becoming a talented young apprentice, even outshining her mentor's own daughter. While she evades visions of blood and crying kits, a dark warrior seeks her out to make her his new apprentice. Skypaw struggles to find her place in RiverClan as she keeps making mistakes that jeopardize her chance to become a warrior with her sisters. Will her new kittypet friends help her focus on her training, or will their easy life tempt her away from the Clans? Mistpaw has support from his mother and his brother, but the shadow of his father's expectations weighs on his shoulders, making the simplest of tasks seem like a test. And Moonkit is still hearing the ancient voices from a time long gone, but she can't seem to learn where they're from. The Darkforest warriors are also impatient to begin her training, which means long nights within their territory, fighting for her life. StarClan voices their concern for following Dawn's prophecy, but it may be the only prophecy the Clans can rely on.

A introverted, observant brown tom from MoorClan, who can create frost out of fire with the look in his eyes, or the touch of a paw. And a cunning, fierce gray-blue she-cat from SpruceClan, whose bite is deadlier than the largest monster, or the scariest warrior. Together, these warriors would like to live their lives peacefully, but the danger of what's to come looms over them like a hawk. Does the responsibility end up being too much to manage? Will the future hold the deaths of many loved ones? Dockkit found out about her power at a young age, and sort of saw it as a burden to herself, wishing she could be like the rest. She is torn between life as a warrior, and life as a medicine cat, and ultimately follows her heart, becoming a medicine cat. Dockkit is confused by her emotions and feelings, wondering what is best for her, while worrying about how strong her power is, and when to use it.
