This is the story of a high school senior, Cesar Ramos, who can control nature after his DNA was enhanced after a lab exploded. Cesar and a few others experienced this "change" while on a school feild trip to a museum of science. His first mission as well as his friends: find their family, save the world and come to liking and understanding their powers. They are meant to be the protectors of the world, they will be the ones who will fight for the people. 

The lab was a facility where DNA was being modified to be able to be weaponized. People would be tested on through exposure to extreme conditions. These enhanced humans were made to win wars, to to kill without thought, to take over all people and kill any rebels. The corporation behind all this, The Earth Corporation. Project Mortem is the army of brainwashed enhanced humans or a.k.a. Drones. 

Some of rebels have formed a group called The Teen Heroes. They will lead the rebellion.
