Growing up within the Wayne and Al'Ghul family was a challenge. Damion Wayne may have been through a lot of issues between his partners, but not as much as his cousin, Liz Chia. For many years, Liz has been through many emotional struggles after being betrayed by her family and many resurrections in the Lazarus Pit which caused mental conflicts for Liz's humanity. 

Now suffering from her lovers death after several years, she is faced with the difficult tasks. Mafia gangs and street rivalries caused many conflicts for those living in areas, Batman is too busy taming his son. No one can watch over Gotham like Batman as a new hero has proclaimed their use of violence for those who dismiss the morals of life. The mysterious anti-hero in red.

Maybe Batman isn't capable of protecting Gotham, maybe he's finally met his match. What happens when these bodies start becoming innocent people instead of criminals? What will Batman do then?
