" We're gonna make you a deal. " Trevor said.

" I don't want to make a deal with you. " I spat.

" Oh, but I think you do. "

---------

Fierce. Fiery. Stubborn.

These are just three adjectives to describe eighteen year old Mackenzie Fosters, the mysterious one of her senior class. With her troubled past keeping her chained to the town in which she is constantly reminded of her hardships, she has to find a way to get out.

With only a year of high school left, Mackenzie is determined to scrape by and snatch a scholarship to a college far away from the hell hole she calls Fairwick.

But Trevor Muscillini, quarterback of the football team and Mackenzie's old grade school crush doesn't plan on making it easy for her to escape. So he makes her a deal. A deal that can easily flip her world inside out.

With her past catching up to her and new problems seeping in, Mackenzie feels the rest of her life slipping through her fingers. Will Mackenzie make it out of Fairwick, or will a certain group of boys persuade her to stay? Find out in Mackenzie & The Boys.
