I'm just joking-" My fist flies forward and connects with his nose before I can comprehend it happening. "Ow! Fuck, y/n!" He covers his nose with his hand as the blood starts to pour, and I take my chance to run out of the bathroom. You've always admired him for his work, but his arrogance grows persisting and irritating. So when he asks you on a date, you decide to have a little fun with him. But you find he's hiding something. Soon enough, you're in too deep and your feelings start to change. Deals with mature themes so will put trigger warnings at the start of sensitive chapters. This is the story of an abused teenage girl, Maddie. Her need to die has become overwhelming and she is trying to find a way to help herself before she does something she may regret. The story is told from her point of view as she recalls all that has happened to her. Maybe telling her story will help her, maybe not. This isn't just any other sob story. This is more realistic. You may even find yourself comparing your life to Maddie's while reading this story.
