He meant to leave but when he caught sight of the ale gem sleeping he had to get a closer look, but somehow he and Amethyst both get sucked into Pearls mind. Everything is finally bright again Steven is ok now and so are the Crystal Gems even if Steven won't be able to get his body back atleast he'll live a big life but..not everything has been bright because Steven is having trauma the day of his own death. Steven looks different compared to when he was kid, but after white diamond removed his gem he began to notice that something wasn't quite right so he went to the mirror and look at whats different and to his surprise, his hair was turning pink but thats not all he noticed, his Gem...it began to rotate to that of a diamond so he did the only thing he could think of, he went to the diamonds about this, so say they were shocked was an understatement, so white diamond began to explain that maybe when she removed his gem, the gem itself began to make changes because your human half can't take the diamond powers that are showing so it maybe changing you to be a half-Diamond, steven understood that his gem was only doing what it thought was protecting him. So he just let it happen even though it was hurting when his gem was rotating but white diamond said that it might take awhile for it to rotate. So he was just walking around in pain but doesn't let it affect him and he didn't tell the gems of the new changes yet.
