After 200 yeas of virtual peace, excluding small, inter-tribe skirmishes, a tribe of American indians find their way of life threatened when Europeans set out to exterminate them.  In an all out act of war, the indians set up a secret camp just beyond the eye of their enemies, which is meant to act as a headquarters to set the stage for a series of guerilla ambushes in hopes of driving the European menace away.  However, the indians find themselves with all their cards on the table when their decide to take a prisoner.

The company that owned it, Vault-Tec, was a government-funded organisation that worked to find ways to preserve human life in the case of a global disaster. Due to Y/N's service history, he was allowed into the vault during the nuclear warhead exchange between America and China, and that's where our story starts. Michael also known as "Wolf" (because of a patch he wears on his kit and helmet) is a member of what was the 75th Ranger Regiment. He finds himself a veteran of a war between humanity and anthros. While he doesn't exactly hate them he doesn't exactly trust them either despite their efforts to rebuild the relationship between species. Unfortunately a good chunk of humanity and anthro kind was wiped out due to the war. But due to the anthros ability to reproduce faster they were able to recover much faster leaving humanity at a loss. Michael finds himself alone and on the run from a one of the most dangerous anthro militaries (at least to humans), known as the Obsidian Front. They continue to hunt down and kill humans forces despite the end to the war, causing proxy wars and often large scale skirmishes between them and remaining human militias.
