Emerald, at seventeen, has the future any teenager could only dream of having secured. She has received a scholarship to study to become a crime lab analyst, doing an incredibly sought-after job in her community beside her adoring and adorable boyfriend and foreseeable husband, and it's all underneath the proud eyes of her expectant parents. It's perfect.... well, at least it would be if only she could express her pain to others, a demon inside of her taking Emerald's isolation as the optimal soul to rip apart. And after witnessing a shocking murder, she is practically unable to take the sight of a future being unable to express her pain. Then she meets Clive. She finally feels able to get rid of her pain and paralyze the demon inside of her, but when she finds out an act done by Clive, she must choose: Give up the life she has made for herself to go after true love, or live her set life with a demon destroying everything Clive has done for her heart?

It was a Sunday night, family night for the Greens. They were playing a board game when it happened. At exactly 11:11 pm; a time for wishes, a sixteen year old girl wished for true love one day. She just hopes they were fine, but the conclusion that she was taken says that her family would be back to normal soon. She sighs and thinks over her life. From a little kid she was always the loner. But her family loved her to death. It all changed when she turned ten. The world was changing. She remembers the exact day at the exact time. Her birthday; she calls it the hell day. Something bad always happens on her birthday and that year was the worst so far. On February 20/2020 at exactly 2:20 On the news they had let out the horrible announcement. But when the schools bad boy admits he wants her she doesn't know what to do. Caleb
Caleb is definitely a troubled child. Alone, with nothing going for him, he attempts to take his own life but fails at his first attempt. He desperately wants to try again but is put under constant supervision, especially by his new doctor, Dr Palmer. Caleb gets his life back on track, enrolling at college and even meeting a girl whom he used to know as a child. The two of them begin to date each other, and everything seems great for a while. That is, until Caleb remembers the reason that he tried to commit suicide in the first place, revealing a secret that shatters his new found confidence. As things at home begin to deteriorate too, Caleb’s situation goes from bad to worse. The only person who knows the truth, Dr Palmer, leaves him to stand on his own two feet, declaring him cured. He starts back at college full time, and becomes ever closer with Stephanie, the only person whom he feels that he can trust. When his own father attacks his mother, Caleb begins to think that the police are on to him, trying to unravel his past, thinking that they have realised what happened to cause him to try to commit suicide. However, they are just trying to build a case against his father. In desperation, Caleb tried to reach out to Dr Palmer, against the advice of his mother.
