This story is a dramatization based in the first person, of a man who lived through the "necroa virus" an disease based in the game "Plague Inc."  A game that has won much fame for being a "hyper realistic simulation." Where players would engineer a disease, and attempt to kill the entire population of the world. 

It's an amazing game with dark humor, and some of the subject talked about are very believable. 
This story will have strong language, sexual themes, gruesome imagery, alcohol, and drug use, and yes, very dark humor.
