On My Way Just Try Not to Leave Without Me

So this description is basically the prologue

Harper is a young girl who's parents disappeared when she was 5 and she was put into foster care. Harper isn't her real name but she refuses to be called anything else. After 6 years of jumping from foster home to foster home she finally settles down with a circus owner named Pop Haley. Until a tragic accident where a good friend Dick Grason's parents fell off the bars during their trapeze act and died. That's where social services came to take her away saying it was to dangerous for children to stay there. Pop Haley tried to stop them from taking her but in the end he could do nothing. The social services people told them that there was only room for one of them in the orphanage and the other would go to the juvenile delinquent detention. Harper being the older and more experience from all her years of foster care and abuse said she would go. After a few weeks there She was told dick got adopted. And she decided she could finally run away since dicks gone they can't force him here if she leaves. And that's my story of how I got on the streets.... So far anyways. Now I gotta pick up the slack for these heroes and save kid flash from disappearing forever in the speed force.

It's not that angsty of a story I promise this is mainly just comedy/plot based because kid flash deserves better
