This is a large series of anecdotes, narrated by high school senior Jane Nelson, telling the events of a group of friends and their last five months of high school. It can get a little weird and crazy sometimes, even slightly surreal (we don't talk about the "geek" dream Jane had). But these guys are as close as friends can get.
