I read the headline for the third time, black ink blurring together because of the heavy rain pouring down over the city.
Fire killed 3 innocent children of the Delcassio family in Queens. Addie Delcassio, 16, goes missing as the flames roar into the early morning and into lunch time. Nothing is salvageable-
"I'm ready." I whispered as the man beside me handed me the gun.
"You're now on my side." He whispered as he moved the air off of my shaking shoulders and trailed his hand down my back. "Welcome to the masquerade." He placed the purple mask onto my face as it sparkeled under the street lights. "You will be my favorite."

Her text messages from the phone we found, last person's house she stayed at, family background, even the little things like favorite food. Find her, God knows what she has been getting into." He slammed the door behind him as the blinds pound against the glass.

Her teeth is wrapped around my neck and she sinks them in. I try to scream but it's hard to. At first it hurts but now the pain no longer exists. I feel like there is no such thing as pain and I feel light as if I can float off the Earth. Fine as hell white boy with a pro-black activist fall for each other.
