Jane is the epitome of average and predictable. Average grades, average looks, and average popularity. She's so predictable that her Starbucks baristas have her iced chai with two pumps of vanilla ready for her every weekday at 7:00 am on the dot. To some, being average may be fine, but in a family full of overachievers and go-getters, being the median is a life-sentence of insufficiency. 

The most unpredictable thing Jane has ever done is choose to go to college in another state; far away from her Ph.D parents, prodigy siblings, and knock out blonde bomb-shell of a best friend. Ready to start a new life where no one knows her reputation of mediocrity, she is about to get more than she ever bargained for. 

When motorcycle-riding, leather-jacket wearing, impulsive playboy Brett Reed starts unloading boxes in her room, Jane finds out that 'co-ed' doesn't just mean the dorm, it means the actual room as well.

With completely opposite personalities, the two naturally clash at first. But the line between love and hate becomes blurrier with each passing day.
