She was fire and I was ice. She was so alive, so radiant, that it burned. It burned and she burnt out. Like a falling star. I was like ice, cold, but I was slowly melting under the warmth. When the heat died out, I remained like stony black ice. Here I sit, miles away from home, thinking about everything I have done and all that has happened. I sit watching the sun go down, the restless city below me, and the sun rise again, to hopefully ignite my life. Tonight, I reflect upon my life, to find my inner peace, to not forget everyone who has walked in and out of my life, and what they meant to me, each and every one of them. This is my night. All Rights Reserved
