Mr. Hoodie Is My Neighbour
VIVIAN COLLINS is an optimistic girl. She is cheerful no matter what and believes that one should live their life to its full without any regrets. In short, she is an extravert. Someone who never hesitates before doing something which would bring her joy. Everyone loves and support her. Her small friend circle and family, everything is perfect fine. But then, Vivian is Intrigued by her mysterious neighbour who just moved in. KYLE LEWIS? He is different. Different from all other guys. He hates parties and crowded places. He doesn't talk much. And most of all, he always wears hoodies. Kyle doesn't give a shit what people say about him and he doesn't care about anyone. One of the favourite lessons reading books has taught me is that you're never alone, not alteast in thoughts and words. There are others who think like you, feel like you and react like you. It's like that sometimes, our unspoken thoughts are the bridges that connect us, even though we might be miles apart. Journey with me back in time as I rewrite the first Journal I kept from when I was in high school, and see that maybe even with how horrible life is most of the times, there are little things spread throughout that make life worth living. My high school experience was full of drama, tears, laughter, and most of all constant search of love, and approval of the people around me. I can't always get what I want in this world. Two broken souls in the midst of a crazy world. Two souls running away from their past. There was no light at the end of the tunnel. The tunnel was cracking, slowly closing in. When these two connect, as if they were set on the same path, light creeps in through the cracks, and for or a moment, the tunnel seems to have a way out, but what if it collapses before they make it? - "You saved my life." The words come out as a whisper, I've been dying to say that. I thank god every day that he came into my life when he did. "Fuck Vivian, you don't know how much I needed you." I tear up just a little as he speaks, I don't know the last time I cried happy tears. I bring my hands up to cup his cheeks, resting my forehead against his.
