Megan Williams is a small 17 year old girl who just couldn’t seem to get a break. For the past five years it was razor after razor, scar after scar, and attempt after attempt. Her parents finally woke up when they found their daughter passed out on the floor from loosing so much blood.

Niall Horan is a buff, but shy 17 year old boy who had a terrible childhood. His sister passed away when he was only twelve and nothing was ever the same. He would cut to the point where there was nothing but blood and cry himself to sleep each night. His best friend, Liam, finally said that enough was enough when he walked into Niall’s house and found Niall getting ready to hang himself.

These two teenagers from different parts of the world both find themselves in the mountains of Wyoming; the place where the best suicide ward in the world is located, The Parkers Suicide Clinic.

What will happen when their paths cross? Will it be filled with love and friendship that could save lives or hate and resentment that could cause death?
