Penny Adams is a beautiful, sassy, fiery, independent, lonely, sad, broken and abused girl. She lives with her abusive foster father, who does everything in his power to hurt Penny and her little foster sister Ava. On one day while Penny was in her room with Ava she faints and wakes up in a hospital. When she wakes up she discovers haunting news, she has been diagnosed with Leukemia and only has an estimated 100 months left to live.
