Elliot Collins is just your typical 16 year old junior. Growing up as the only girl in a family with four boys wasn't easy. It has left her scarred and quite a tomboy. Living in the background with her small but quaint group of friends is all she could ask for except there is always the harassment. You would expect after pounding the head cheerleaders nose in they would leave you alone. But no. Harassed daily she has learned to just ignore it since she would rather not be suspended from school again for fighting, and she wouldn't want to hurt her perfect 4.0 being an honor student.

As Elliot makes her way home from school all of the sudden Evan Black comes out of nowhere and they run into each other making Elliot fly off her skateboard and onto her butt.

Evan Black has earned the notorious title as the school bad boy. Rumors roam the school halls of him once being sent to prison for attempted armed robbery, but everyone knows that's a lie. Although another rumors fly that he is a professional street fighter to help pay for his dads house, but no one really knows the truth.

Evan and Elliot have lived next to each other ever since they were born, but have never acknowledged each others presence. Elliot doesn't understand why the girls fawn over him all the time. He's just another hot ass player. Well that's what everyone says. But after their encounter in the side walk she can't seem to get him out of her mind, and neither can he. Will Elliot finally find out the truth about Evan Black? Or will she they end up falling for each other along the way?
