Mother Knows Best
You know how you trauma-dump on your friends and they say, "Omg, that's insane, you should write a book about it!" Well, more people have made that remark to my mother as she exaggerates all her stories, so I took the liberty of taking that advice for myself. I am a writer, after all, and I tend to write out my feelings and trauma to work through it on my own, just to delete it later. But why not make some of those memories that haunt me so much into story form? It's definitely more entertaining. So, you'll find my entire life story, or at least what I remember, here in this book on Wattpad. Each chapter is a real event that occurred in my life, mostly involving my emotionally abusive mother, nearly absent and aggressive father, my runaway older sister, and even a little boy we fostered for a moment. If you're interested or possibly are going through something similar, please read and know that there is hope. I made it out and I am on my healing journey, it is possible.

A book about life and people, about the past and the present, about insights and stories, all seen through the eyes of a 30 year old kid trying to figure out adulthood. It's Okay to Use Your Big Girl Voice
Inside you will find a mixture of both, extremely RAW and refreshingly HEALING accounts of my personal war with my past. Unfortunately, Childhood sexual abuse is far too common, and many of share similar experiences. Looking back, what I could have used more than anything was someone to tell me "You're not alone, there is a lightness through the darkness, you can heal from this and most importantly don't EVER stop telling your story to make others comfortable". I've learned that silence is the best weapon for a predator, and I for one, have never been really good at doing what I'm told. I don't intend on starting now. I wear my scar as reminder that I hold the power in my own story, it is mine to tell and I won't make myself sick keeping quiet because my truths are hard to swallow, other people's comfort is not my problem. My Goal is rather simple, to let the readers know, they too are not alone. If you are a survivor, even if you still feel like a victim, this is my personal message to you. "You are strong, and it wasn't your fault. Tell someone... tell anyone...tell everyone... We shift from victims to survivors when we speak up and tell our stories. There's nothing wrong with you, and the light will shine again. Dear Friends, I'm new to Wattpad and for that matter, even story writing. From a working woman, when I was promoted to house wife after becoming a mother of 2 naughty boys, I had to dig down my creativity and tell new bedtime stories to my kids every day. After some time I really gave a thought, if I can form and tell a story on the fly, why should I not try writing stories! So, thats how developed my new hobby. *Wattpad deleted my original and i have literally no idea why. There was no smut, rasicm,eating disorders, or anything triggering in my story except violence and some mild swearing. There are so many stories on this app that actually go against the guidlines and they took mine down :( Thankfully I have the Sequal backed up on another app i use for writing and can put it back up. Im still sad howver I was working so hard to finish it. I also want to let yall be aware despite the Maturity tag theres no real spice in this story. I put the mature tag on so they didnt come for me if they thought something was to descriptive. Anyways the real description:* "Let me fucking go you asshole!"
