Talia and Tyler have been best friends since they could remember,and soon enough they start to fall for each other. Everything is going well until Tyler gets cancer, and his life on earth is dwindling down. Oddly enough the famous boy band One Direction are doing charity work at the same hospital that Tyler is staying at, so what happens when Talia and the singer from the world wide famous boy band cross paths?
