He stood there underneath the silvery willow trees, cool mist whirling around our feet.
As he looked at me quietly, like a ghost, my heartbeat quickened till it seemed as if a hummingbird had been trapped in my chest.
"What is your name?" I finally managed to ask with a timid voice. At least I didn't squeal.
To my confusion he just smiled in response and turned around, disappearing into the grey of the morning forest.
Ethan lives in the middle of nowhere, his parents are the most religious family in a small community, who never crosses a line.
That is until he meets the mysterious Hayden, who pulls him deeper and deeper into unexplored waters, making him question everything he had known about himself and the people around him.
(I have allowed myself to take a very long creative break but now after being fucked by life enough, I think I can cough up more chapters towards the end of summer 2020)
