Under the reign of Queen Victoria, city and country life is far from perfect, with larceny, theft, and assault running rampant. Yet, the city itself is not only haunted by the cruel intentions of humans, but also the lurking supernatural deities of shinigami, demons, angels, and other paranormal forces that linger in both the day and night. They could be surrounding you at this very moment. What would you do? How would you react? As they say, it's simply one hell of a butle- I mean, roleplay. Enjoy our city, have some wine, slum with the poor, perhaps make a deal with the devil?
