It's been 3 years since they've graduated at Hogwarts. Harry and Ron are professional Aurors. And of course, Hermione worked at the Ministry as Head in Department of Magical Law Enforcement.
Harry and Ginny got engaged and will probably live happily ever after. On the other hand, Ron and Hermione didn't last long because of his immaturity. He made things horrible between him and her that made Hermione end their relationship. She left and lived by herself for 1 and half peaceful years.
Yep, that means Hermione's single but is she ready to mingle? Encountering her 'Fat Louthsome Evil Little Cockcroach' might change her mind.
